Pool day at the resort was going perfectly… until Marco Bull, the very serious resort manager, shows up looking a little too interested in our reservation.Apparently the room was booked for two people… not four.Marco starts talking about rules, policies, and “compensation.” But instead of stressing about extra charges, I suggest we handle things a different way.Let’s just say… Marco definitely didn’t expect this kind of guest service by the pool ;)
